MULTIPLE FULL TIME & PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

  • DRIVER’S EDUCATION TEACHERS/INSTRUCTORS
  • CLASS C NON-COMMERCIAL DRIVER’S LICENSE EXAMINERS

 This position is responsible teaching Behind-the-Wheel Drivers Education, defensive driving skills and techniques, and for administering Driver’s License Exams for both the Pennsylvania Commercial and Non-Commercial Driver Licensing programs.

Instructors/Examiners work in direct contact with customers to provide drivers education lessons and administer exams, verify applicant identification and credentials, process lesson evaluations and enter exam results into online software.

Performs other related duties as required.

Required Training and Qualifications

  • Drivers Education Instructors must pass the written test with the Department of Education and a Driving Test with the Department of Transportation. All other training is internal.
  • Driver’s License Examiners must complete and pass the Examiner Certificate Training course administered by the Department of Transportation.
  • Instructors and Examiners must meet the PA residency requirement, all State and Federal Child Abuse, Criminal, and Driver’s License background checks.
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Candidates must be able to perform essential job functions.

  • $41,000.00 – $63,000.00 per year
Please note Instructors must be fully Licensed by the PA Department of Education through John’s Driving School before providing Instruction to students.

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to clients and staff. The ideal individual will have strong “think on your feet” characteristics, excellent communication and organizational skills, exercise good judgment with tact and diplomacy, follow company policy, and have the ability to maintain balance among multiple priorities.

  • Administrative staff work in direct contact with customers both in person and over the phone to provide support regarding the services that we offer.
  • Verifying applicant identification, documents and credentials, processing deals and scheduling lessons and exams using our online software.
  • Providing administrative support to staff including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint on an ad hoc basis.
  • Maintaining office supplies and cleanliness.
  • Ad hoc assignments as required.
  • We are looking for a detail oriented, team player with a friendly spirit and positive outlook.

    • $33,000.00 – $53,000.00 per year
  • Office Hours: 10-7 M-F, 10-4 Saturday, CLOSED Sundays
